Scale-Up
We have scaled-up hundreds of compounds from less than a gram to the multi kilo level and up to the 50+ ton scale.
Our pilot plant and production facilities can scale-up from 40L up to 7600L reactors in individual suites.
Before introducing a process to a scale-up facility, Delmar’s scientists assess safety considerations with a hazard and operability study (HAZOP). This prevents personal injury and ensures there are no unexpected delays to our clients’ programs.
